The Rifton Prone Stander
The Rifton Prone Stander allows the user to enjoy the advantages of weight bearing in an upright position.
The Stander is adjustable to promote correct positioning of the lower extremities and trunk. Height is easily adjustable. In addition, with the Rifton Prone Stander it is easy to monitor and control the degree of weight bearing which your child can maintain comfortably.
Features
- Height of the main board and footboard adjust independently to allow caregiver to customize positioning.
- Angle indicator is from 0- 85 degrees and allows child’s progress to be measured easily.
- Stander adjusts from vertical to horizontal with a hand crank. Footboard is nearly at floor level in vertical position which puts user at peer level and eases transfers.
- Angle indicator is from 0- 85 degrees allowing caregiver to properly follow child’s progress.
- Kneeboard is removable to accommodate very small children.
- The bottom of the frame is curved to take up less space and let caregiver be next to the child. Large size is accessible to a Hoyer Lift.
- Double-locking wheels prevent stander from moving or turning during transfers.
- Available Sizes:
- small- for children 25”-48” tall;
- medium- children 44”-59” tall;
- large- for children 57”-72” tall
